At Premier Wills, we are committed to delivering a high standard of service to all our clients. However, we recognise that occasionally things may not go as expected.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know so we can address the matter promptly and fairly. In many cases, concerns can be resolved quickly through informal discussion. Where this is not possible, our formal complaints procedure will apply.

To make a complaint or send feedback, please submit the details using the form below to our Client Care Team. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and confirm that it will be handled in accordance with our complaints process. We aim to investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 21 days
